Why ES-Pro?
ES-Pro’s existence has brought the revolution, a very new culture of working to construction field in Cambodia. Our company founder had perceived the inequality for labors/workers that were then apparently ignored and were not provided the same standard of working condition as other fields. They get pay only by working days, no health/accident insurance or other fringe benefits.
Workers at ES-Pro are entitled paid leaves; day off (1 day per week), Public Holiday and Annual leaves in accordance to labor law, Maternity leave, Sick Leave, NSSF, Annual party and Training. We have been on a consistent stance to provide the possible optimum benefits for them.
We hope this gesture receives attention and involvement from all of you in a compromised goal for better working condition to construction workers in Cambodia.
